Ok this is a totally new on on me. The last 2.5 years of my life have been creating from scratch a new lab information/business management suite. This piece of software is awesome, and since launch in early February has seen immediate gains to the business in terms of productivity AND profitability over the previous disgusting lump of crap we had running.
Reports from all over are that everyone loves the software, from how well it handles data to how visually appealing it is. And aside from the odd bug (it is just a few months old) and of course the stream of feature enhancement requests, overall everyone loves it.
Except this one person. HR has received an official complaint that the software is too fast (allowing more cases to be processed per day), such that this user has to click too much and now has “carpal tunnel in her index finger”. I don’t know how to respond to that really…so I won’t. Enjoy.
