Yikes…I spammed my RSSBandit so I guess I probably spammed yours too. Apologies. Upgraded to dasBlog 1.8 finally today (I know, welcome to hella ago). It’s much improved. Spurred on by the relentless referrer spam I’d been getting of late, I did the upgrade. It was both painful and painless. The dasBlog part was fine. But managing almost 2 years of content with FTP (dasBlog has each day’s content and comments/trackbacks as xml files) was a pain in the dick, because brinkster’s ftp kept disconnecting me, and it took several hours to get everything copied.
With the change I’ve gone to a new template that I like better. Those of you in the aggregator…continue about your business. Those of you on the website…there’s a selector down there somewhere that lets you switch it up if you don’t like it.
