My junior programmer and all around code bitch Doug reflects on his growth as a programmer. Sound familiar to anyone? It’s all the same. Only the names have changed. (I’m going to pretend I didn’t just quote Bon Jovi).
Doug delivered his first app on deadline this week (barely) and nearly bug-free. As a reward, he’s getting a laptop so he can work even more. We all go through it in the early days though. Rites of passage.
