Maybe someone will read this and respond before I find it digging through google…

We are trying to set up an internal CA (cert authority) for SSL on our websites.  Our network guy has the CA set up right (supposably(yes I know that’s not the way to spell it)), but when we go in to IIS admin, the buttons under the “Secure Communications” section where you set up SSL certs are all disabled.  What’s the deal?  Server is Win 2k3 running IIS6.

Those in the know help me out.  Meanwhile I’m fine-tuning my google search strings because what I’m searching so far isn’t yielding crap.
